Answer: Our customers are monitored by AvantGuard Monitoring Central Station, a
local company with over 40 years of experience.
How do you qualify your technicians?
Answer: Our technicians and staff members must pass a background check performed
by Utah Division of Professional Licensing, then trained by experienced technicians with
over 20 years of knowledge and hands-on practice.
How soon could I get a system installed or serviced?
Answer: We are responding to the emergency requests immediately. A non emergency
service call is usually scheduled within 24 to 48 hours. Installation timelines typically
range from 1 to 14 days, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
How do I make the payment for your service?
Answer: We accept only checks and credit cards at this time. You can use our
Resourses tab to access the payment portal. You can either create an account or do a
one time payment. Payment over the phone is accepted as well.
How do I cancel my services?
Answer: We are requiring a 30 day written notice which can be mailed to us, emailed to:
