Our customers are monitored by AvantGuard Monitoring Central Station, a
local company with over 40 years of experience.
How do you qualify your technicians?
Our technicians and staff members must pass a background check performed
by Utah Division of Professional Licensing, then trained by experienced technicians with
over 20 years of knowledge and hands-on practice.
How soon could I get a system installed or serviced?
We are responding to the emergency requests immediately. A non emergency
service call is usually scheduled within 24 to 48 hours. Installation timelines typically
range from 1 to 14 days, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
How do I make the payment for your service?
We accept only checks and credit cards at this time. You can use our
Resourses tab to access the payment portal. You can either create an account or do a
one time payment. Payment over the phone is accepted as well.
How do I cancel my services?
We are requiring a 30 day written notice which can be mailed to us, emailed to:
